Index AR Solutions proudly announced the appointment of its President and CEO, Dan Arczynski, to the William & Mary Military and Veteran Affairs (MIL/VET) Advisory Group. Arczynski, a U.S. Army veteran and co-founder of Index AR Solutions, joins a distinguished panel of leaders guiding William & Mary’s nationally recognized efforts as an educational partner to our nation’s senior military commands and a leader in supporting military connected students and veterans transitioning into civilian careers.
The W&M MIL/VET Advisory Group serves as a strategic body helping to expand and sustain the university’s military and veteran engagement, educational pathways, and career transition programs. Arczynski will serve a three-year term on the Resource Development Committee. Former U.S. Secretary of Defense and current William & Mary Chancellor Robert M. Gates serves as the honorary chair of the Advisory Group.

“Dan brings a wealth of experience as a veteran, executive, and innovator in workforce development,” said Kathleen Jabs, Special Assistant to the President for Military & Veteran Affairs at William & Mary and a retired U.S. Navy captain. “His commitment to empowering others and servant leadership at a veteran-owned company align perfectly with our mission. We are thrilled to welcome him to the Advisory Group.”
Arczynski co-founded Index AR Solutions in 2015. The company has grown into a premier digital workforce training partner serving industries across the nation. Nearly 10% of Index AR Solutions’ workforce are William & Mary alumni, and approximately 13% of the company’s employees are military veterans or on active reserve. The company is a living example of how veterans can continue serving others by driving innovation and economic growth.
“This appointment is especially meaningful to me, both as a veteran and as someone deeply invested in creating opportunities for others to thrive,” said Arczynski. “I look forward to contributing to William & Mary’s impressive efforts to help fellow veterans transition with dignity, purpose, and the tools they need for long-term success.”

Launched in 2020 utilizing an anonymous $10 million gift from an alumna, the W&M MIL/VET program has garnered national attention for its holistic approach, which includes executive transition training, career readiness services, and targeted engagement with the military community. Arczynski’s addition to the Advisory Group enhances the bridge between higher education and industry in support of veteran success.
