Index AR Solutions was honored to participate as an exhibitor at the 41st Annual International Lineman’s Rodeo & Expo, held October 15-18 in Kansas. The event once again brought together electric utility professionals from across the country for training, competition, knowledge sharing, and industry advancement.

The International Lineman’s Rodeo & Expo has long been regarded as one of the premier gatherings in the electric utility field, and this year’s event included more than 300 teams and 450 apprentices. It provides a valuable opportunity to highlight the importance of safety, skill and technical excellence, while also fostering collaboration among utilities, contractors, technology providers and training organizations.

Throughout the expo, the Index team engaged in discussions with linemen, apprentices, safety leaders, instructors and utility managers. Demonstrations of Index’s mobile training and field support solutions generated productive dialogue about how multimodal digital tools can strengthen workforce readiness, enhance procedural consistency and support safer work practices.

The event’s Rodeo competition underscored the high level of proficiency and dedication required in the trade. Observing apprentices and experienced linemen perform rigorous skills challenges was a strong reminder of the discipline and commitment that underpin the nation’s electric grid reliability.
